What a fabulous company! We have digital dictation/transcription equipment and could not find a local service provider. By chance, we contacted Central Voice who quickly addressed all of our issues, including securing remote access for transcription of dictation. Their representatives were patient, very professional, and most helpful in our selection process and in the installation of the software on all of our devices.
