What a fabulous company! We have digital dictation/transcription equipment and could not find a local service provider. By chance, we contacted Central Voice who quickly addressed all of our issues, including securing remote access for transcription of dictation. Their representatives were patient, very professional, and most helpful in our selection process and in the installation of the software on all of our devices. It is always a pleasure to find a company that provides great service along with a great attitude!

Wonderful customer service. Fast turn around and quoted price is what they charged. They also followed up with an accessory we wanted and they were able to obtain after repair. Very pleased with repair and service.
