Repair center

Our experienced technicians are able to service or repair most analog (cassette based) dictation/ transcription equipment. We also accept many digital products, such as Dictaphone C-Phones, DAC telephony stations and certain portable voice recorders.

We recommend that you contact us prior to shipping in any equipment to verify we can service your make and model. Parts for some older models are no longer available.

Analog Equipment in shop (tape):
We no longer provide repairs to Analog Equipment.

Digital Equipment In Shop:
$110.00 minimum charge covers the first 1 hour of labor
$55.00 per each additional half hour ($110.00 every hour after the 1st).

  • Parts, shipping and sales tax are in addition to the above labor rates.

Some of our applications available for download can be used in demo mode without a license, while others are fully functional and free for your use. All listed here are Windows 7, 8, & 10 compatible, we no longer support our software on XP. For Mac versions please contact our support department.
